Refund policy

Returns & Refunds - Clothing, Drinkware, & Graphic Home Decor

We have a 30 day refund policy however because our items ship directly from the printer we can only offer refunds & exchanges on a case-by-case basis due to printing defects, incorrect items, or if you need to exchange for a different size or color. Further refund inquiries will be on a case-by-case basis. For all return/refund requests you will need to email us at returns@battlebornclothingllc.com so we can discuss the return. We will ask you to ship the product(s) back to us (Do Not Ship back to the address on your packing slip, as that is the printer) and once received and inspected we will contact you & continue the process. Item(s) must be in original condition and in the original packaging. If the item(s) are approved for a return we will apply the amount you paid for the item (if purchased on sale or with a discount we cannot refund the full price, it will be the discounted price you paid) onto a gift card which will be sent to your email. We cannot refund any taxes paid. 

Return shipping & shipping charges

If we have corresponded about a return request & it is requested of you to ship the item(s) to us, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) back to us and that is non-refundable. However if your refund request is approved the initial shipping cost for only the item(s) you are returning due to defect will also be applied to your refund gift card. We cannot refund any taxes paid. We cannot accommodate international returns. If the original package was refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable no shipping charges will be refunded. 

Tracking & Items showing delivered but not received

If your tracking info is showing that your order was delivered but you haven't received it then you will need to file a claim with the shipping merchant.
